Our founding partner faced many of the life challenges we all do from an early age, and decided to do something about it. The meditation-based method she developed through 25 years of research showed amazing results from day one, which fired up her passion to refine and simplify the process even more.
Since our launch in 2004 the growth has been steady – and exponential.
Our mission is simple – to help people become happier, healthier and smarter. We became a company and a non-profit foundation because we believe everyone should have an opportunity to heal, be empowered and thrive.
In the last decade we have teamed up with amazing people (like you) and partners who are dedicated to creating a kinder, more conscious world. Together, we’ve helped over 60,000 people’s lives transform, and we’re just getting started.
